Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • The tour start at 5:30am but the pickup times will be between 4am and 5:30am
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

What To Expect

Day 1: Dharamkot to Triund Top

  • Start your day early by leaving Dharamkot, a picturesque village near McLeod Ganj that marks the starting point for your Triund trek. The initial part of the trek winds through lush forests of oak and deodar, providing glimpses of the Dhauladhar mountains in the distance. As you make your way along the trail, you’ll pass several natural spots where you can take breaks, including the Magic Viewpoint.
  • The Magic Viewpoint offers panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains, including the stunning Triund hill rising ahead. After soaking in the views and catching your breath, continue trekking to Triund Top. As you ascend, the scenery changes, and you’ll get closer to the beauty of the Dhauladhar Range, with snow-capped peaks greeting you on the horizon.
  • After approximately 4-6 hours of trekking, you will reach Triund, where you can set up your campsite. From the top, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Parvati Valley and the Dhauladhar Range. The evening presents a magical opportunity to watch the sunset, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. Spend the night at your Triund trek campsite, where you’ll enjoy delicious food under a blanket of stars.

Day 2: Triund to Dharamkot

  • Wake up early to catch the sunrise over Triund, one of the most mesmerizing sights you’ll encounter on this trek. After a hot cup of tea or coffee, take in the stunning morning views of the Dhauladhar Range, which are even more magical as the first light of the day hits the peaks. After breakfast, pack up and begin your descent back toward Dharamkot.
  • The trek down takes around 3-4 hours, and along the way, stop at Magic Viewpoint again to capture more photographs of the captivating landscapes. As you make your way back to Dharamkot, you’ll have time to reflect on the memorable experiences of the Triund hill trek.
  • Once you reach Dharamkot in the afternoon, you can either proceed to explore McLeod Ganj or head towards Dharamshala for your onward journey.
