Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • The tour start at 5:30am but the pickup times will be between 4am and 5:30am
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo – En Route to Kandy via Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage

  • Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (Colombo), you’ll be warmly greeted by our travel representative.
  • Begin your journey with a scenic drive to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka.
  • On the way, visit the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a top highlight in many Sri Lanka tour packages, where you can observe rescued elephants bathing and roaming freely.
  • Arrive in Kandy and check into your Sri Lanka resort for a romantic stay.
