  • Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc.
  • Any type of Insurance – Medical, Accidental, and Theft.
  • Any
    Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in
    “Inclusions”
  • Pick-up or Drop – Airport, Railway station, or Bus Stop.
  • Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental
    damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  • In case Motorbike is dropped on the way – The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or   maintenance cost.
  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package
    inclusions.
  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental
    damages or dropping back the bike, if in case you leave the bike
    in between the route before the end date of the trip.
  • Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during
    sightseeing.
  • Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control
  • Additional accommodation/food cost incurred due to any
    delay.
  • Applicable GST.

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • The tour start at 5:30am but the pickup times will be between 4am and 5:30am
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Day 0: Overnight Volvo Journey from Delhi to Manali
