Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • The tour start at 5:30am but the pickup times will be between 4am and 5:30am
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

What To Expect

Day 1: Manali – Jobri – Chhika

  • Arrival in Manali: Begin your adventure by arriving in Manali, a popular base camp for several Himachal Pradesh treks, including the Hamta Pass trek.
  • Drive to Jobri: Take a scenic 1-hour drive to Jobri, the official start point of the Hamta Pass trekking route.
  • Trekking to Chhika: Embark on the initial trek from Jobri to Chhika, covering around 5-6 hours of gradual ascent through lush forests and stunning landscapes. This portion is ideal for acclimatization, as you’ll gain altitude gradually.
  • Arrive at Chhika: Reach Chhika, located at an altitude of around 10,000 feet. This picturesque campsite lies beside the Rani River and offers magnificent views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

Day 2: Chhika – Balu Ka Gera

  • Trek to Balu Ka Gera: After a healthy breakfast, trek from Chhika to Balu Ka Gera, the next campsite on the Hamta Pass trek. This section involves a gradual ascent over approximately 5-6 hours, gaining more altitude.
  • River Crossing at Juara Nala: A thrilling part of the Hamta Pass trekking adventure involves crossing the Juara Nala river. This exciting river crossing adds a touch of adrenaline to your journey.
